Custom License Plate Star - Your Choice - We provide license plates or we use your plates

This 5-point star is made out of real license plates from around the U.S.

This option is for a custom license plate star.  You choose - we supply the plates or you supply them (must be mailed within 1-week of purchase).  

 If we will be supplying the plates, please enter the 5 states you would like included in the star, starting at the 12 o'clock position and working around clockwise.

Once your order is received, we will contact you via email to request license plate state and layout information or give you mailing instructions.  A mock-up will always be sent prior to assembly.
